What if industrial design became art?

“The many years spent drawing for industrial design have generated in me the urgency of telling the imaginary world made of pure fantasy and unexpected combinations that has been part of me since I was a child. Often behind the drawings of an industrial designer there are many reasonings, some propositive and others destructive, which tell the suffering of a process always aimed to please a client’s expectations and production logic not really listening to the creator feelings. Thus over the years has maturated in me the will of experimenting the decontextualization of industrial design towards a visioanary tale, sometimes oniric.

Best collaborations

Since 2006 I have been working and collaborating with designers and artists worlwide, in a sinergic and eclectic interchange with contents always unpredictable that keep characterizing my personal approach to industrial design and to the visual arts.

Since 2016 I have been working as a professor of industrial design at the Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, Georgia.
