Citroen 2CV – Reinterpretazione

The Citroen 2Cv is the symbol of the perfect citycar.It was presented in the year 1948 and remained into production till 1990.The design was imagined to be minimalistic, easy to be produced and inexpensive.The arched roof was covered with textile that could be easily opened transforming the body into a cabriolet.The suspensions were very efficient and beside giving great stability they let the car having a great clearance, perfectfor off road. A unique design element were the rear fenders covering the side of the wheels, that would have been introduced in many of the Citroen models to follow.
